| First Aid Kits, Stations, Eyewash and Refill products normally warrant a "No Return/No Refund" policy. However, in most instances, we will be happy to accommodate your return for an in-store credit, exchange, or refund.
If the following guidelines are met:
- You MUST call Ambassador First Aid within 5 days after receipt of the product to obtain the Authorization and addressing instructions. Call (888) 334-7033.
- Product must be returned to us in the original carton with all original packaging, including accessories, literature, etc. and in new condition. Please make every effort to package the item as it was shipped to you. In many cases there are protective inserts that are used by the manufacturer to ensure safe delivery, but if used incorrectly they can actually cause damage instead of preventing it.
- You are responsible for return freight charges and insurance.
- Original freight charges for shipping to you will not be refunded or credited.
Once we receive the product and all of the above stipulations have been satisfied, we will decide to either issue an in-store credit and ship product(s) which you have indicated that you would like to exchange or issue a refund on your credit card for the amount you paid for the product (minus original shipping charges and the restocking fee). Refunds to your credit card may take up to 30 days to process.
PLEASE NOTE:
Any purchases for products that are not standard offerings (i.e., your product has been custom designed and/or altered from it original state to suit your needs) will have to adhere to our No Return/No Refund" policy.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
Although we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives to you safely, we have no say over the package once it leaves our facility and is in route to you.
If shipment arrives and the shipping container appears to be damaged, please DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENT and immediately notify us at (888) 334-7033.
If you open your apparently undamaged shipment and find that the product inside is damaged notify us at (888) 334-7033.
